It deserves its 3 stars. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from natureland seal sanctuary. In addition, free Wi-Fi was useful.

Fantastic base for exploring Skegness. Atmosphere was cheerful here. The beach was excellent and not far from our hotel.

The room was large and the breakfast was lovely, a good choice of options. We got suite and really enjoyed it. The staff was accommodating in any situation. The clock restaurant, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel
